We have 1x large and light double bedroom PLUS your own private living room PLUS your own private office area with mini kitchenette drinks/snack making area PLUS large private bathroom for your use.

The house is 6/7 bed detached property in Crowborough (10 minutes from Tunbridge Wells ~ (5 minute drive or 15 minute direct bus ride).

Trains ~ Crowborough Train Station which is 5 minute drive to Jarvis Brook Station which is a Direct London line (1 hour)
or ~
Eridge Train Station Direct London line (1 hour) 5 minute drive away
or ~
Tunbridge Wells Train Station Direct London line (1 hour) ~ (5 minute drive or 15 minute direct bus ride).

Crowborough high street is a 1 minute walk and the Gym/Running Track & Leisure Centre (Goldsmiths) is directly opposite leading to hectares of Ashdown Forest, also a 1 minute walk away.

We have bus stops 1 minute walk for either direction (Tunbridge Wells or Brighton) and direct train links to London with a 1 hour commute!

The bedroom on offer is large also for your personal use with your own living room and private office with the entire floor as your own! Your own private bathroom is next to your staircase so the whole area is only used by you.

Main kitchen facilities are shared.
Off road parking for 1 medium car available.
All bills included, inc Trooli super fast broadband.

We are both hard working, and are not always around, my son (last to leave of 3 kids) is still living at home (25) & working and we have 1 current lodger. We're a friendly bunch that will respect your privacy and ask the same in reply.

Partner and I have separate living areas at the back of the house which we share with our 3 German Shepherds so although the dogs will not need to mix with you or the shared areas, it would be better if you were somewhat dog friendly!

We’re both a young 60 ish and welcoming but are often out of the house for long hours. The whole family is DBS checked.

Expectations: looking for a single (non smoking) professional person who will respect the shared areas. Rooms available after normal/employment checks have cleared.
