Town Centre room to let

Furnished double bedroom to let in a town centre second floor flat in Crowborough, East Sussex.
Shared facilites, no dedicated parking but located close to free car park. One minute walk to Crowborough high street shops, banks, leisure centre and park etc.
Single male owner/resident.
Broadband connection and other bills are included.
The room is available for full time, 7 day a week rental. Occasional over night guests are welcome, but if too regular a contribution we’ll need to be arranged.
Commuting to London possible by rail, and it’s only 6 miles to Tunbridge Wells,
I am asking for a good rental for this room as I am rarely at the flat at the weekends, I work away for whole or part of the week quite regularly and when I’m not working away, I’m not there all that much.
All the bills and broadband are included.
