Looking to rent my spare room I have,(room available from 1st May)350pcm if required only mon to fri, 400pcm 24/7, this includes all bills, sky tv in lounge and unlimited WI-FI in all areas, private parking space opposite the house.
Good size room with 2 wardrobes, bedside cabinet, laundry basket, chest of draws, double bed, coat stand and mirror and lamp, everything you need to basically move straight in!!
House is in lovely, quiet and well respected area, gas central heating, double glazed and nice garden area.
Prospective tenant would need to be working with references, clean and tidy and respectful, non smoker preferred but not essential. Respect of neighbours is required so no loud music please, I work shifts but appreciate others may not and vice versa, 15 min walk to mainline train station or 5 min drive, same goes for town centre, Tunbridge Wells is 15 min drive away, have I missed anything out!
