Doeble room for rent

We're a family of four, there are two little children living in the house
(2, 4). We'd like to rent our unused spare room to preferably
professional female (just because I assume they have better tolerance
to kids running around- but tolerant male is welcome!)
We live in a bungalow just off the high street.
Good access to all the shops and regular bus connection to
Tunbridge Wells.
There is an inbuilt wardrobe in the room with big mirrored sliding doors
and currently double sofa bed.
It's available unfurnished if preferable.
