It also has its own TV point for Freeview access and lots of power points but the wi-fi signal is very strong throughout. There is a bathroom (shared with one other) with powerful shower plus there's a downstairs cloakroom. Bedding and towels are provided.

Eat-in kitchen/ breakfast room with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machines and loads of gadgets to make cooking easy. The laundry room has a large capacity efficient Siemens washer/dryer and everything is designed to make life easy.

Comfortable sitting room has tons of seating, 40" HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD, Netflix etc and wood burning stove in winter.

House has off-road parking and large garden with BBQ in the summer, wood burning stove and open fires (plus of course GCH and double glazing) in the winter! Outdoor space includes comfortable seating area, loungers etc and house is close to Ashdown Forest and great walks/ runs/ cycle routes, tennis club and a few gym options.

The house is a very short walk to a great pub which serves fabulous food and good local takeaway/ delivery options are available if you're feeling lazy or it's just a short walk to Waitrose/ Lidl/ Morrisons. Rooms have double/ king sized beds with comfortable mattresses and lots of wardrobe space so ideal for commuting professionals (to London, Tunbridge Wells or Brighton) who want peace and quiet! Right on bus route to Tunbridge Wells (or 7 mile drive), Brighton and Crowborough rail station and Gatwick airport is about 30 minutes' drive. More photos available.

The house would be ideal for professional commuters who need an organised and efficient yet relaxed home life or for short term vacationers looking for a high-end and comfortable base in the South East. During the week this is a work-focused home and professional 9-5, Monday to Friday career-minded workers would fit well. Owner is sociable well-travelled professional c40 who enjoys outdoor activities, winter sports and running small businesses - often working from home as well as away.

Security deposit equivalent to one month plus one month's rent payable in advance and references will be sought. Would also consider Monday to Friday lodger for pro rata rent. A proper tenancy agreement will be drawn up and payment taken either via bank transfer or PayPal. References from previous lodgers can be provided!
