I am a live in landlady and run my own business so looking for a quiet lodger who will be happy to share their home with my beautiful labrador 'Summer'.
I enjoy film nights in front of the log fire, walks on the Downs, roasts in the local country pub and beach days when the weather permits.

There is ample parking, a lovely garden and a newly refurbished bathroom complete with underfloor heating. You will have use of loft space if anything needs to be stored short term whilst here.

Room is currently furnished with a new bed, wardrobe rail and drawers.
