Double room available immediately

Hi, my name is Luisa.
I currently have a small double room to rent in our 5 bedroom family home.
The house is currently on the market to sell, so this add is for possible short term let.
There is no deposit required on the room as I would only be able to give 2-4 weeks notice to move out when the house sells. Trying to get enough money to help cover Solicitors’s fees etc. As a single parent who works full time I’m sure you can appreciate it’s difficult and especially in times like this.
£500 per calendar month which is non negotiable. Food/groceries is not included.
I do have 2 cockapoos aged 4 very friendly and are always excited and very much love attention and cuddles.
The ideal lodger would be a working professional who can provide references.
I do have my daughter 12 and my mother 72 living at the property, and although we live a hectic lifestyle my mum is disabled and is always at home unless out with myself or my brothers for shopping or appointments etc.
You will have use of the kitchen, lounge and utilities such as washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hoover and the internet is included in the rent. You will have access to your own fridge freezer as well as a bathroom on the same floor as the room, as well as any crockery and plates etc.
I am willing to take in smokers as long as this is not done in the house. No pets.
No over night house guests. No parties. No couples. 21+ only considered.
Street parking is available.
