Double room available from 5/10/2026. You have your own staircase, wet room large double room with access to a loft space where there is a TV.
We are a family of four, 2 adults, 2 kids. Have hosted students for years just fancy something a tad more permanent than swivel doors.
Lovely location in East Blatchington, Seaford. Gorgeous garden, growing patch. Use of all. Communal spaces, lounge, dining, kitchen. 2 resident cats, which will both attempt to trick you into giving more food.
Females only. Would suit someone wanting somewhere comfortable to come home to after work and share life or jump in and out.
We are an easy family just request respect and cleanliness around communal areas. No such minimum term let but there will always be a deposit in place.
Room has double windows, loft can be closed and used for storage or as an extra crash/lounge area.
There is on street parking. Great neighbours. Amenities all within walking distance. You can reach everywhere in Seaford within 15 minutes.
