THE HOUSE: The shared areas include a stylish open plan Kitchen and Living Room fully equipped with all modern amenities, including widescreen TV, Range Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, 2 Washing Machines and Dryer. Outside there is a pleasant shared garden with patio, table & chairs, and secure bicycle storage.
Our Cleaner attends weekly to all communal areas.
PARKING: Off-Road parking may be available for a small car at an additional fee.
LOCATION: 0.5 miles to Eastbourne Town Centre shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. 0.7 miles to Eastbourne Railway Station with rail links to Lewes, Brighton and London Victoria. 1.4 miles and good bus links to Eastbourne General Hospital. Unrestricted on-street parking is available in all surrounding streets.
