The room has it's own kitchenette in the room. Shower and toilet is shared with one other tenant. Washing machine available in property.

Please note the minimum age for this room is 30 years old and is only suitable for people who are quiet and respectful towards the other tenants. It is not suitable if you are going to have people over, parties etc.

The house is strictly non-smoking however there is a garden for people to smoke in. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11:30pm.

Rent is 500 per month. This includes wi-fi and water rates. Tenant must pay council tax themselves which is 85 per month and electric is on a coin meter, most tenants spend between 10 and 15 pounds per month depending on the time of year.
