En Suite room by the sea

Hi! I am looking for somebody to replace my flatmate, who is moving in with his partner. I am a tidy and friendly single professional, who works shifts so you’ll have the flat to yourself quite a bit.

The room is a very well sized double en-suite with a large storage cupboard, but it comes unfurnished! The en suite shower room is nice and modern, I have my own bathroom so plenty of privacy. The kitchen is very spacious and there is plenty of cupboard space, we have a huge lounge that the photo doesn’t really do justice, and a nice balcony with a sea view.

It will be my name on the tenancy and I will effectively be subletting the room, I have cleared this with the letting agent. Rent and bills are payable to me on the 21st of the month. Bills are included in the price.

I am ideally looking for a single tenant who is a professional and similarly respectful. Someone else who works shifts or a health care / emergency service worker will be given priority. Feel free to contact me for a viewing! 😊.
