A lovely 4 bed house in Willowfield Square will be available as of March 1st this year. There are 4 double bedrooms, although two are larger so are therefore slightly more expensive. Two of the rooms have sinks inside, there is a communal shower room and also a separate toilet. The house is neat and tidy and has a large through living/dining room and ample kitchen space. Note: Three rooms are currently let to three female tenants. Room 3 is available which is a double room on the top floor. It is £500 with all bills included. The council tax band is B - if you are a student, you are exempt, if you’re a professional the rent may be increased to accommodate this.
