Big spacious double room

We are an easy going laid back couple with a young baby. He is so good you'll never know he is there! Plus our bedroom is downstairs. Both busy working and enjoying hobbies. Don't mind a social sometimes but understand that space is important. We are not a party house but do have the odd drink at the weekend.
We have a lovely lady staying with us on a rolling contract until her house is complete that she has purchased.
The lovely Nala (cat) came along with our tenant to stay for the time being.
So here we have available a beautiful spacious double room in our big family home.
The room is furnished with the option to add a sofa and tv to create your own living area. (Can be done before you arrive) plenty of storage with double wardrobes.
Shares bathroom and kitchen down stairs. Utility room, use of washing machine included.
Big spacious garden to enjoy the fresh air.
There is off street parking.
We are a 10 minute walk from the beach and about a 20 minute walk from town with good train links.
There is no minimum stay so we are very flexible.
