Room For Rent

I have 1 bright bedroom for rent in my house in hampden park, Eastbourne, It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right out the front., we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well, bus stop and train station, The room is 1/2 furnished it has some draws in, will be getting a bed for the room shortly, wifi included in rent. Your rent will be paid monthly, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months or longer, a non smoker, someone clean and not to noisy, I do have a dog so please only message if you like animals.
