The property is a 4 bed with the small room now acting as an office. A close friend (working professional) and his partner (a student) currently occupy one room which has its own bathroom.

Myself (working professional) and my partner (a student) occupy the other double bedroom, therefore the bathroom you see in the pictures will be yours to share with just 2 people. There is also a downstairs toilet and sink.
All the bedrooms including the lounge have all been decorated and carpeted in the last 3 months.

There is a large conservatory for you to utilize. The garden is a large, paved area, with a BBQ and seating for your use.

The kitchen is fully furnished and includes 2 fridge freezers, a washing machine, and a dishwasher all available for your use.

We are a sociable house, who are extremely tidy. We enjoy cooking, watching sport and socializing in the evenings. The lounge is spacious and relaxing, including a tv for your use if you wish.
