The room is available but not on first come first serve basis’ as I like to meet all potential tenants before making a decision on who to let the room to.
A fully furnished room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers ,bedside cabinets and desk. First floor rooms at front /back of house.(Sorry, NO COUPLES, single occupancy only.)
All bills included,, Utilities, council tax, Superfast broadband and weekly clean of communal areas..

5 minutes walk from Railway station, shops and bus routes.
House description:- 6 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms, rear courtyard with picnic table.
Well equipped kitchen includes dining table, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 x fridge freezers., plus usual kitchen utensils.
Secure bike storage for up to 4 bikes at front of house. central heating provided between October and April, morning and evening.
On street parking available via Eastbourne Borough Council Residency Permit. (at tenants own expense)

Current occupants are mixed nationalities, all speak excellent English as well as 6 other languages, there are a nurse, environmental heath inspector and 2 care workers.
