Room has double bed, and downstairs toilet and basin as sole use. open plan lounge and kitchen area. Modern bathroom with shower and bath tub.

Working professional female sharers please only, whom are non smoking. (Please note the room is not open to couples, not DWP/Benefits).

Who would you be sharing the house with:
House shared with owner female, 10 year old little girl and nearly 2 year old puppy - would suit someone who is comfortable with children (who knows boundaries) and a friendly puppy - albeit we like to keep ourselves to ourselves.

All bills included, own laundry powder/liquids to be supplied by tenant.
