Large double room in Harbour Townhouse

A large Double room in friendly North Harbour townhouse.

The room is unfurnished, but there is a nice sofa in the garage if wanted, also the current tenant will leave the bed, if you wanted it.

The room has a Juliet balcony with beautiful views of the harbour.

The house is currently occupied by myself, Danny and Dave. We are both professionals who work fulltime.

We are not party animals, but we do enjoy a good BBQ (as the outside space is amazing).

We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly and easy to live with.

The room itslef is very large, it was the original front room, but we have used this space instead to create a very large double room. The room can fit in a Large double bed and a sofa with ample room left over.

The house has a dining room (amazing for dinner parties), large kitchen/diner, utility room, patio area, and a very large communal garden (which none of the neighbours seem to ever use?), and a garage for storage.
