the studio has two entrances. It benefits a new well lit allocated bathroom with shower room.
The furniture consists of : a double bed, one double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a coffee table, a TV table and and a TV.
All bills are included. Gas and electricity up to £60.00/month included.
lots of parking spaces available on the street and the area is well preserved and beautiful, 2 miles from the town center of Eastbourne. DGH hospital and Eastbourne college are within walking distance.
The studio is available for individual working person. Working couples negotiable.
No pet.
The studio is available from 15 December 2025 for 3 months and after three months can be extended on one month notice basis.
Short term stay can be considered but with higher rate.
