Double room in Eastbourne

Hi, I am a professional female (29, teacher) seeking a tenant to occupy my spare room. It is just me living at the property with my dog.

The room has a double bed and chest of draws, bedside table, desk and chair, and a small wardrobe.

The house is very close to Langley shopping centre, which has shops such as Tesco's, boots, home bargains etc. Also a 5 min drive from the harbour where there are further shops such as Next, TKMax, Asda and restaurants.

Shared areas;
- Kitchen with a dining table and washing machine. Also a microwave, kettle, toaster and slow cooker all available to use
- Garden with seating and washing line
- Downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom
