Description
Double room with sole use of adjacent bathroom. Looking for a new lodger after a happy two years with my current one, who is moving on shortly.
🛏 Double bedroom:
King size bed, full wardrobe & shelving unit, bedside tables with lamps, vanity with mirror & (optional) chair.
🛁 Bathroom:
Toilet, sink, shower above bath, mirror, electric heated towel rail.
🛋 Living Room:
Daybed (can use for short-term visitors if you like, with permission), electric piano, printer, vacuum. TV screen (currently no license but happy to discuss sharing one if you need it). Sliding doors to balcony.
🍽 Kitchen:
2x full fridge freezer for us to share. Electric stove, electric fan oven, microwave, Berkey water filter, Omega juicer, kettle, Vitamix blender, Lomi composter, air fryer, citrus juicer, waffle maker, food processor, mini rice cooker. Washing machine & dishwasher. Dining table with 4 chairs. Happy to share my various appliances.
🔥 Heating: gas radiators.
🏖 Amenities: Lift & stairs access. Private beach for estate residents. Short walk to the harbour shops/restaurants and Asda.

I am a software developer working from home on my own app.
🤝 Looking for a lodger who:
Has a stable job/income and either:
- Doesn't do much cooking or
- Doesn't mind working around me in the kitchen in the mornings. I'm usually in the kitchen for a few hours each morning.
Would prefer someone who is not cutting raw meat / eggs frequently, for food hygiene reasons.
🍃 Fragrance-free:
I have symptoms which can be aggravated by exposures so I keep the common areas free of chemical fragrances where possible. I provide a fragrance-free laundry detergent to help with this (but you are welcome to use any fragrance-free product). Please keep any chemical fragrances to your bedroom & bathroom (incl. scented laundry, cleaning products, scented candles, perfumes, air fresheners etc.).
