The house is newly refurbished with all brand new furnishings and appliances, there is a lovely communal kitchen/dinner fully equipped with a nice sunny courtyard style garden.
So far there are three ladies living here who are keen to plant flowers in the garden and keep the living areas clean and tidy.

There is one room left and although there is no ensuite, there is a lovely spacious shower room which is to be shared with just one other tenant.
