Just outside the room there is a single toilet and in the shared hallway there are two shared showers with toilets. The weekly rent includes all bills except for electricity as your room has an individual card meter. You only pay for the electricity you use.
The rent is £125 per week paid four weeks in advance plus a deposit pt £250.
You will need to supply your own bedding and kitchen utensils.
