The flat is in an imposing Edwardian house surrounded by tree lined streets and stunning nature walks. There is also a garden and off street parking space. The bathroom will be for sole use except when family or friends visit. 15 minutes walk to Central Eastbourne or the beach. Professional female or student preferred. If the room is needed earlier than the 27th October there is another room at the house which is available.
