Old Town: 2 rooms, lots of light

Hello!

We are currently looking for 2 lodgers/housemates to share our house in Eastbourne's Old Town. It's in a quiet road, near Motcombe Gardens, St Mary's Church and The Lamb. Old Town Recreation Ground, Gildredge Park and the South Downs also within easy reach, as well as a supermarket (Waitrose) + some smaller shops, cafés and restaurants. Bus stop nearby, and it's not far away from the station either - you could even walk there. In our opinion, the location is brilliant! Why not discover it for yourself?

The rooms we have to offer are both on the 1st floor. Room 1 (~ 19 m²) is at the front of the house, room 2 (~ 11 m²) is at the back. There's a shower room on the ground floor for our lodgers, and a WC on the 1st floor near their bedrooms. The bathroom on the 2nd floor would be ours. We'd be sharing the kitchen (~ 10 m²), living/dining room (~ 31 m²) and South-facing garden. The house is a red-brick Edwardian end-of-terrace, with big windows and a few period features.

Since my husband is still working in Germany, you'd actually be sharing with me - Monica - most of the time. I'm a freelance language teacher, my work is fairly portable. And our children look after themselves these days… I do travel a fair amount to see them and the grandchildren though, as well as other members of my family. So you'd have the house to yourself/yourselves sometimes.
