Room available in centrally located home, to share with homeowner and two cats.

The room is really spacious and bright. It’s fully furnished. It’s situated on the third floor at the back of the property, south facing.

The flat is very large. It's a period building spread over 3 storeys. There's a living room, a big kitchen breakfast room, one shared bathroom and a separate toilet. It's located in Little Chelsea, 5 minutes' walk from the station and the town centre, with many amenities on the doorstep.

There is no off-street parking and its permits or metered parking in the road. You can obtain a residents permit through East Sussex County Council.

The rent includes all bills, within reason and subject to energy price rises. If you’re a home worker who wants the heating on all day then there would be additional contributions.

There are 2 long-haired house cats which means there are litter boxes and some fluff. The cats won’t go in your room though. If you’re not an animal lover or if you’re allergic then this is not the place for you.
