There is a small decked patio area at the rear of the property for socialising or enjoying some outside time. The kitchen is modern being only a few years old and has a tall fitted Fridge Freezer, Gas hob / electric oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and a Washer-dryer. There is a communal cleaner once a week and the property is very well maintained, especially when compared to most available co-living houses in Eastbourne.
