En-suite room

This room has just been fully refurbished to include brand new carpet and furniture, fully repainted including the ensuite shower room.
Although the photo doesn’t show it we also have a brand new bed and mattress for the room.

The property itself is in a great location for Eastbourne train station and town as well as the local hospital.
There is a lovely modern kitchen/ dining room and a courtyard style garden.

All bills are included and we send cleaners to regularly clean the communal areas
