Top Floor Double Room: Nestled on the top floor, this room offers a serene view of Old Town and our lovely garden. It features a comfortable double bed, a dressing table with a mirror, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and additional storage space. A short walk down the stairs leads to a shower room equipped with an electric shower, toilet, and sink.
Second Floor Double Room: A spacious and well-lit room located on the second floor, furnished with a double bed, a dressing table with a mirror, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, ensuring plenty of storage space.
Shared Spaces Include:

A cozy lounge on the ground floor with TV and sofas, perfect for unwinding.
A large, fully-equipped kitchen with ample storage, an oven, and four electric hobs adjacent to a dining area that opens onto a garden patio with outdoor furniture.
Utility features include a washing machine, tumble dryer, and shared drying airers.
Additional Information:

Bills are not included in the rent.
WiFi with boosters ensures optimal internet connectivity.
As we are students, we are exempt from council tax.
