Very large spacious room in shared house with ample parking overlooking the garden with trees. The room is very light and airy. The room is carpeted with storage and a desk. The house is over 3 floors and is a large Edwardian property. The communal areas are cleaned fortnightly but you are responsible for tidiness.

There is a shared kitchen with all amenities and laundry facilities. All bills are included. We are looking for someone who is willing to join in with bin rota, recycles their rubbish and keeps the kitchen clean after they use it. The housemates are friendly and have the odd meeting when needed.
