Light, bright room in shared house with ample parking overlooking the road. The room is very light and airy. The room is carpeted with a large cupboard and a desk. The house is over 3 floors and is a large Edwardian property. The communal areas are cleaned fortnightly. The house is very warm with the south facing getting a lot of sun. It is a quiet house with most house mates working daily.

There is a shared brand new kitchen with all amenities and laundry facilities. All bills are included. We are looking for someone who is willing to join in with bin rota, recycles their rubbish properly, uses common sense and keeps the kitchen clean after they use it. The housemates are friendly and have the odd meeting when needed.

We as landlords are very hands on and help to keep things running smoothly solving any issues that crop up promptly.
