Lovely en-suite room in Eastbourne harbour area

I have a lovely double room to rent out in my 2 bedroom flat. The flat is very spacious and all rooms have views onto the north harbour. The room is comfortably furnished and has it's own balcony and bathroom. I would prefer a Monday to Friday lodger but open to 7 days a week. I will be away from property from Monday to Thursday and will only be tgere Friday to Sunday for a year due to work commitmentments so you would have the flat to yourself 4 days a week!
