Description
Room Available in Stunning 2-Bedroom Flat
We’re looking for someone to move into a beautiful 2-bedroom flat in Eastbourne Town Centre. You'll be replacing me as a flatmate, and you’ll need to sign a new 12-month lease with Leo, the current tenant. There MIGHT be a possibility to continue with the month-to-month lease that we are currently on, but I would need to discuss this with the landlord. The ideal situation is someone looking to rent long term.
About the Flat:
- Available Room: Large master bedroom (fits a super king-size bed).
- Private Bathroom: Includes both a bath and shower. Modern fitout with lots of storage
Additional Rooms:
- Study (perfect for working from home and big enough for two desks easily).
- Laundry/utility room.
- Living Space: Spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area, fully furnished to a high standard.
The flat gets incredible light and has a stylish, modern feel.
Note: Some of my furniture (bed and wardrobes) may be available for use for a period of time (6 months or more)—this can be discussed individually.
Costs:
Rent: £725 per month (for the larger room).
Bills: Approximately £175 per person per month, including council tax, utilities, and internet.
Total Monthly Cost: Around £900 per month, including bills.
About Leo:
Leo is a friendly, respectful, and clean flatmate. He’s hoping to find someone who values the same qualities and is open to building a good friendship, not just sharing the space.
In his spare time he likes to go mountain biking, tend to his allotment and he is also a beekeeper (lots of fresh organic honey avaliable at all times!)
Interested?
If this sounds like the right fit for you, please get in touch to arrange a viewing and meet Leo.
