Single room in quiet house, close to the beach

Single furnished room. You’re welcome to add your own bits. Close to the beach and princes Park and vocal shops all within walking distance. There is a bus route to town and the hospital. Must like pets as I have a very friendly little dog. Good consider, animals if house trained and very friendly. Bills are included apart from the council tax as I’m not sure how much this is yet. Must be full-time working people only.
