Single room for rent

Cosy loft room in terraced house very close to the beach. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Small courtyard garden. Quiet family home to myself and daughter who lives here part time. Young german shepard lives here too and prospective tenant probably needs to like dogs as the dog will want to like them. Dog is constantly undergoing training and is fairly well behaved and has been accustomed to air bnb guests coming and going. House is in a good location for access to town, train station and hospital ....all within walking distance or short bus ride. Plenty of local shops and take aways too,
Bills included but a reasonable use policy appplies due to extortionnate cost of utilities. I think I am an easy going landlord and easy to get along with.
