I have one newly refurbished room available in a 5 bedroom home, a 15 minute walk to the train station and 12 minutes to the shopping centre. The bedroom has its own private ensuite and is furnished with a double bed, mattress, dresser, wardrobe, and night stand. (bed base is not in photos but there is one in the room)
The kitchen and garden space is shared with 4 other working professionals. This is a quiet house that gets the communal areas cleaned bi-weekly.

All tenants have their own bathroom and their own locks on their bedroom doors. The rent is £760 with all bills included starting in February on a minimum 3 month contract, followed by a rolling contract.
