This is a large Edwardian Semi-Detached house, it is conveniently positioned within easy walking distance of both Eastbourne town center and the beach.

The house has a large shared kitchen diner with L-shaped Sofa and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, tumble dryer and two washing machines.

The outside space is good for summer socialising and has bicycle storage sheds.

All rooms have their own Ensuite bathroom

All bills and Council Tax are included in your monthly rent, including a fast wireless broadband connection.
