My name is Lena, and I’m a working professional based in London during the week, so the house is usually very peaceful and quiet. I only come back to Eastbourne occasionally.

This is a lovely, safe, warm and well-maintained home, recently renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom, a brand-new boiler, and a laundry dryer available for convenience.

There are two rooms available:
• A spacious master bedroom upstairs
• A comfortable double room downstairs

The house itself is very spacious, with two toilets, and will have a maximum of just three people living in total, making it a calm and comfortable place to live — ideal for someone who values a clean and relaxed home environment.
