As per the advert…the double room to rent is a very large loft room with an ensuite (shower/toilet) there is also a parking space if required at no extra cost.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the house that goes directly to the town centre/train station. House is also not far from the sea front.
The house is very quiet. Sometimes my teenage kids (who live with their mum) who are also very quiet, clean and respectful come to stay.
You will have lots of privacy. It is a very quiet house.
As it is a family home, I will only have a maximum of 2 lodgers & I am looking for someone who is quiet and tidy & would keep external guests at a minimum.
I’m looking for respectful, clean professionals who value a calm, peaceful living environment (and non smokers please).
