Single room Meads - huge garden - 5 minutes to sea

The room has single bed, desk, radiator, shelves, lots of storage space. Bedding provided if wanted. See photos (any stuff on desk, shelves will be removed). Share large living room, kitchen and small bathroom with owner (me), but I am away a lot so most of the time you'll have it all to yourself (except for my bedroom). It's in a beautiful part of Eastbourne: Meads, less than 5 minutes walk to sea, Helen Gardens, and to white cliffs with fabulous walk to Beachy Head (half an hour on foot). Meads Road shops and cafes a two minute walk away. Towner Gallery 12 minute walk. Railway station 20/25 minutes walk.
I'm looking for someone who wants a shortish stay, either for work or holiday or to see friends, maybe go to Devonshire Park tennis in late June, Glyndebourne, to do some walking, or just a refreshing break.
