THE HOUSE: The shared areas include a stylish newly refurbished open plan Kitchen and Dining space fully equipped with all modern amenities, including 2 x Cookers, 2 x Fridges, 2 x Washing Machines, Microwave, Freezer, Dishwasher, Tumble Dryer and TV. Outside there is a pleasant shared garden with patio table & chairs, and secure bicycle storage.

* 0.5 miles, 10 minutes walk to the beach
* 0.5 miles, 10 minutes walk to Eastbourne Town Centre.
* 0.6 miles, 11 minutes walk to Eastbourne Railway Station with rail links to Lewes, Brighton, London Victoria, and buses to Eastbourne General Hospital and East Sussex College.
PARKING: Off-street parking may be available for an additional monthly fee. There is also unrestricted on-street parking available in all surrounding streets.
