LOCATION: 0.5 miles to Eastbourne Town Centre shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. 0.6 miles to Eastbourne Railway Station with rail links to Lewes, Brighton and London Victoria. 1.4 miles and good bus links to Eastbourne General Hospital and East Sussex College.
PARKING: Off-street parking may be available for an additional monthly fee. There is also unrestricted on-street parking available in all surrounding streets.
