Off-street parking may be available for an additional monthly fee. There is also unrestricted on-street parking available in all surrounding streets.
The rent includes all bills, council tax, high speed broadband and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
The Tenancy Deposit is £350. The Reservation Deposit is £150 (non-refundable but deducted from 1st months rent).
