I am looking for a lodger for a lovely, large en-suite double room in my spacious 2 bedroom flat in Eastbourne harbour. The room has access to its own balcony with stunning views overlooking the North Harbour and South Downs. I am looking for someone who is clean, quiet, respectful and considerate and who will look after the place. I am friendly, but also like to have my own space and am looking for someone similar. The flat comes with use of well-equipped kitchen and use of the balcony. There is a well equipped kitchen and you would be welcome to bring your own gadgets as well as sharing mine. There is an Asda supermarket 15 minutes walk and the bus stop is also a short walk. If you are interested get in touch, you won’t be disappointed!
