We are looking for a clean and respectful person to share our lovely professional house in Eastbourne town centre.

The house is in a central location and is shared with 5 other professional house mates (x3 males and x2 females)
The room is inclusive of bills.
The location is fantastic and is a 5 minute walk to the seafront and pier and a 10 minute walk to the centre of town.

Both the room and house are fully furnished to a high standard. The room benefits from a small double bed, a wardrobe, drawers, a bedside table and lamp.
This room shares the main bathroom with one other room.

The house has super-fast broadband and a TV aerial cable in every room.

The property has a communal fully kitted out kitchen, including a washing machine and tumble dryer with a large wall mounted TV and breakfast bar.
A hover, iron and ironing board are available for everyone in the house to use.

There is a large communal bathroom which has a large double shower.

There is an enclosed private garden with a communal table and chairs perfect to enjoy a glass of wine or cold beer after a stressful day at work!
There is also a large washing line.

The communal rooms are all cleaned weekly at no extra cost and all bills and wifi are included in the rent.
There are no extra costs the rental figure is all you pay.
