Addingham Road is a great location if you want to be far enough away from the town centre to be able to get good street parking (free) but still close enough to walk to the centre and train station as well as being very close to the seafront.

The room is compact, but fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
The house has lovely communal areas which are well kept by the current tenants, including a large kitchen and lounge, two shower rooms and a nice courtyard garden.
