The room can come furnished or unfurnished by arrangement and you have sole use of a bathroom with bath and a shower.

There is a well equipped open plan kitchen with some space provided including freezer and fridge space/drawer.

Light and bright the room was decorated late last year.

There is a garage at the property, so it may be possible to store some smaller items or boxes for you which is pretty useful : )

Currently the room has a lovely new comfortable double bed with storage under, wardrobe, bedside table and a large storage unit. All or some of these can be moved out if required.

The property is located in a great area with easy access to public transport, shops, and local amenities.

I’m looking for a friendly and respectful tenant. The flat is clean and tidy and there is one adult cat who keeps himself to himself but is friendly.

There is a balcony and smoking or vaping is ok with me (outside only)

Sharing with myself, a busy, friendly professional person who’s out a lot, but who enjoys a quiet home life when I’m home.

Stress free and peaceful living, the flat has lots of fairy lights and I’m told by friends it’s very calming!
