Beautiful Victorian ground floor flat

There is 1 double bedroom available for single use.
At the moment, there are 2 small single beds for making king size bed but the bed can be replaced to other sizes.

There are 1 family (mother and son) living in the flat for school term. (only weekdays and sometimes Saturday) They are very clean and quiet.

Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom(bathtab, shower and toilet), utility toilet, entrance corridor will be shared.

The flat had been fully renovated on 2025.
10 minutes to the station and beach. The street is very safe and quiet.
The 1st/2nd floor was occupied by retired people so no party nor instrument allowed.
