Hotel is yards from the Seafront, close to local amenities public transport, Railway Station & walking distance to the town centre. Fully inclusive of ALL bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, TV Lic, Internet)

One week deposit plus one week rent in advance. All Room Rates are based on single occupancy. Minimum stay one month

P. S. Deposit is refundable only from the time when the keys are returned & room is inspected and there is no damage to the Hotel's property, After the term of four weeks or one month stay.
Moving Out: We request one week's notice of intention to vacate the Room.
