Situated on the ground floor with easy parking, a near by bus route 10mins direct to Eastbourne Town centre. The room includes plenty of wardrobe space, kingsize bed with super comfy Simba mattress, bedding included and all spotlessly clean. Netflix and Prime included in the room also.
The House
It is a 2 bedroom fairly spacious ground floor flat. You will have full use of the kitchen and everything in it. Its got everything you need and more! You have absolutely free use of everything.. pans, crockery, utensils etc.
Your own fridge freezer can be provided if preferred.
Housemates
You will be sharing with just me (single female professional)and my little dog. He is hypo allergenic so carries no allergens, hes no trouble and loves girls! and shouldn't disturb you at all.
Mi casa Su casa! but privacy is paramount and should be respected by both parties.
Terms
professional females preferred.
Vaping is fine, strictly no smoking.
This is a home not a HMO. Guests permitted 2 evenings a week.
3 month tenancy will be offered initially to see if it suits both parties to proceed.
All bills included.
Applicants will be fully vetted and will require
6 months bank statements to confirm income and affordability.
