Double room to let in Eastbourne Town Centre

I am looking for a friendly, sensible and quiet lodger to rent a double room in my modern and spacious 3 bedroom house in Little Chelsea, Eastbourne. House is 2 minutes from town centre, train station and seafront. On street parking on surrounding roads. Room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is no TV in room.

All bills included in rent including broadband. Food not included.

Short Term Let - up to 6 months maximum, No minimum term. Could be negotiable for the right person. Happy to accept Monday to Friday or weekend lets also at a negotiated rent. I work long hours and often like to relax by myself when I get home.

£400 per month to be paid a month in advance with £200 refundable deposit. This can be negotiated if room let for less than 7 days a week or short term lets.
