A friendly household plus a very friendly Dog called Alfie.

My house is close to a bus service in the Old Town/Ratton/Willingdon area.

I have a lovely Furnished Double bedded room. The room is fully central heated and double glazed.

The Bathroom is shared with my present lodger, there is a Bath with Jacuzzi Jets and a hand shower or a stand up shower if you prefer. There is also a toilet and basin in the Bathroom.

There is parking in the driveway outside of the house and use of the back garden and clothes line.

External laundry room where there is a washing machine and tumble drier plus an airer.
