Easy going female for room in a fantastic house

I am looking for a non-smoking female who is working. The room is an exceptionally large double room and has recently been redecorated. You are free to use the kitchen and sitting room as I am the only person that lives there. The house is spacious and really tastefully decorated.
The house is walking distance to the station and bus stops making it easy to get into town, Brighton, Hastings and London.
